Event : Fashion Day Bamenda

As a prelude to Project New Bamenda, Cameroon Fashion CIG teamed up with Kibonen|NY to organize Fashion Day –

Bamenda on March 23^rd at Ayaba Hotel, Bamenda.

Fashion Day – Bamenda is a one day introductory trainings and seminars on the Business of Fashion. The event is to empower women working – or aspiring to venture – in the industry of fashion with effective tools and knowledge to set up successful and sustainable businesses therefore create jobs, fight unemployment and alleviate poverty.

The attendees will be trained by fashion professionals from Cameroon and Nigeria. The various courses include:

1. Modeling,
2. Fashion photography,
3. Fashion styling,
4. Fashion designing,
5. Fashion public relations,
6. Make-up artistry.

The event will end with a free models casting for boys and girls of 14 years old and above, measuring between 1m75 and 1m90.
