If you’re one of those who still doubts Cameroon’s reputation and appeal as a spot for urban music then get this. DjaOmic is a Comoros born Limbe -based artist. After a 15 year stay in France, the artist arrived Cameroon in 2010 and easily settled into the budding urban music movement. His album “La derniere porte de l’ombre” was released recently and got input from heavyweights like Sultan Oshimihn, and Bashiru just to name a few. Two video releases “My black life” and “La situation est critique“ have also been released to accompany the album. The second video was done by Red Zone pro Bobby Shaman and shooting actually took place in Middle farms, Limbe. Enjoy. It’s a failed attempt at reggae dancehall music,I think.
