He has been in the national team for 16 years winning the African nations cup in Nigeria  (2000)  and Mali (2002) and runners up in 2008 in Ghana. During the 2006 African Nations Cup, he was declared the most capped player in the history of Cameroon football.

He was stripped off his captain band by Paul Le GUEN in favour of Eto’o during the World Cup/African Nations qualifiers in 2009.

Rigobert Song says the national team coach came to  Turkey on the 1st of MAY to inform him he would not guarantee him a position as a starter with the team. He is categorical that he is concerned about the group and has no personal interest.

His new look is what really attracts my attention.
