Indomitable Lions-Eto’o won’t appeal

Latest reports suggest that Cameroonian forward Samuel Eto’o won’t appeal against his 15 match suspension.These reports quote the player’s lawyer Gabriel Kaldjob as saying that the player has asked him not to appeal against the disciplinary committee’s decision.While this has come as a surprise to many who taught the captain was going to act otherwise,others have been quick to point out that Article 55 sub 2 of the internal  rules governing the Lions makes it possible for the Fecafoot president and the Minister of sports to appeal against decisions taken by the disciplinary committee.Whether this is the final chapter of the botched- Algeria friendly is still unknown but speculation is rife that we are in for more twist and turns.
