Eto’o- Sets the records straight

Cameroonian  frontman ,Samuel Eto’o, has officially refuted claims linking him with a loan spell in any western European club whatsoever.

The goal getter made this known in a press release published on his official website, www.samueletoo-officiel.com. The Anzhi- 99 jerseyed player also added that he was eager to return to the field with his club and intends to honour  his three year contract “only” with the Russian side. This press release comes on the heels of countless reports linking the player with countless clubs in England, France and even Italy. Samuel Eto’o joined free-spending Russian club Anzhi Makhachkala last season after leaving Italian giants Inter Milan with whom he won several trophies. Speculation was rife that the Cameroonian was going to go on loan in order to stay in shape while waiting for the Russian league to restart after the winter break.
