Indomitable Lionesses exit women's 2012 AFCON

Finally, the Indomitable Lionesses have been booted out of the ongoing Women’s AFCON. The Lady Lions yesterday received their marching orders after a 2-0 spanking roches xenical at the hands of the host nation Equatorial Guinea. Their unconvincing qualification for this stage of the competition left many doubting whether they were capable of offsetting the odds against them. Their elimination wraps up a defeat – littered year for Cameroonian football as we have been eliminated from or haven’t made it to major competitions in almost every category. In the other semifinal match, defending champions Nigeria were knocked out by the South African Ladies. Our Lionesses will have  a chance to save face during the classification match that will pit them against the Nigerian Falcons on Sunday the 11th. Wouna try mof shame.
