Moukandjo is no longer the lone Cameroonian forward at Ligue 1 side AS Nancy. This is after former Renaissance de Ngoumou striker Jean- Landry Bassilekin signed a 3 yr-deal with the French club. The player was the highest goal scorer in the last Elite 1. According to the club’s website, he will be wearing jersey number 23. Born in 1992, the forward is sure going to have an easy time integrating given that there are already two Cameroonians at the club: Ndy Assembe and Benjamin Moukondjo. This far, it is not yet clear whether he will join the first team right away. Whatever the case, we can only wish him the best.
