Popular Cameroonian blog, Dulce Camer (DC) started 2010 in style with a list of 50 Cameroonians to watch for.
Celebrating talent from various fields including fashion, entertainment, business, politics and social activism, the list proved informative and controversial.
“Our aim was to shed light on inspiring Cameroonians from various backgrounds. Some loved the list and others criticised it. But we are proud to have kicked off a debate,” explained DC editor, Cynthia Anduhtabe.
This year, the DC Top 50 list returns with a twist. Readers will get the chance to nominate their favourite Cameroonian change agent.
“DC is an interactive experience. We can’t wait for our readers to have their say, especially because we want to come up with a diverse list that befits our nation’s 50th anniversary celebrations and the promise this new era brings.
So far, we have received some exciting nominations and encourage people to continue to send them in,” remarked Anduhtabe.

- Arts & Entertainment (including music, literature, visual arts, filmmaking)
