Cameroon reignites dying amber against helpless Mauritius

The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon have slightly increased their chances of qualifying for the 2012 African Nations Cup after pummeling Mauritius 5-0 yesterday at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium, Yaounde. 

Sparta Prague striker, Leo Kweuke opened scores at the 63rd minute , while Crystal Palace midfielder, Matthew Andongcho  added the tally after 8 minutes. 

Andzi newly signed striker, Samuel Eto’o regained his pride by scoring a penalty while  Mainz goal poacher sealed the victory firing a brace to make it 5-0.

Cameroon is currently 2nd in group E behind the Senegalese who have already clinched a place for the 2012 expedition.

Cameroon’s last  game to determine their destiny shall be against 3rd placed Congo.
