Eric Choupo-Moting was born in Hamburg, Germany on the 23rd of March 1989. He currently plays for FC Nuremburg,Germany as a striker.
Choupo-Moting was called up by Indomitable Lions coach Paul Le Guen to be part of the 30 preselected players.
He therefore has to put up a good performance in order to convince PLG to include his name in the 23 players-squad to represent Cameroon in South Africa 2010. He is a swift striker who can play alongside Samuel Eto’o.
This is his first call-up for the Cameroon National team.
