First Cameroonian video to be aired on MTV BASE ; Yelele by X Maleya ft Pit Baccardi

Born in 1998, the Cameroonian Afro Hip Hop trio, X MALEYA (Roger, Auguste, Hais) is one of the most successful groups in the scene. Their hit single ”Yelele” released in 2009 has proliferated around the globe gaining international acclamation. The remix of the smash hit which features France based Cameroonian rapper, Pit Baccardi has gone down in Cameroon music history to be the first Cameroonian video to be aired on MTV BASE since its inception in 2005.
